All of our orders are shipped from Georgia, USA.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours once payment is received. Excluding weekends and holidays. Any customized or personalized items will take additional time to process which will delay shipment time.
Any customization will be determined by you when you place your order and select production method.

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class.
Please note, we cannot be responsible for delays/non-deliveries caused by weather or factors outside of our control. Shipping costs paid cannot be refunded for delay/non-deliveries caused by weather and factors outside of our or the carriers’ control.
As soon as your product ships, upon request, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
If you have not received an email from us before, your mail server may sort it as spam, so please check your spam box.
Shipping cost starting at $5.50 with a nominal fee for each additional item. All orders over $50.00 ship free.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact our Customer Support Team by email at info@angelasessentials.com as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thank you for your patience!
Your credit card is automatically charged when you place your order.
Your payment data is secured with Angela’s Essentials. We do not, at any time, have access to any information concerning your credit card or bank account.
All credit card information is handled by the payment gateway Stripe or PayPal, among the safest systems available today for secure commerce transactions. No credit card information is saved on Angela’s Essentials’ website.
Here at Angela’s Essentials, we will never ask you to divulge your account password or personal information. Persons or message asking you to reveal this type of information are illegitimate even if they seem to be legitimate. Be aware – ignore or delete such request.
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate.
Angela’s Essentials verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to item being handcrafted, please allow for slight variations.

Personalized items must be personalized before they are shipped, and will delay shipping of your entire order. Once personalized item order is placed, it cannot be changed or altered in any way. Customized/personalized items are not accepted for returns.
We’re sorry that you have not received your package even though tracking number shows delivered. The first step you should take is to check all around your home. The package may have been placed where it’s difficult to see (to avoid being stolen if just laying around) such as behind plants, etc. Second step you should take is to check with your neighbors. Sometimes it’s possible that the package has been misdelivered to a neighboring address close to you.

For USPS shipments, although may not be as detailed as UPS, USPS is still often able to provide additional information to help to locate your missing package as well.

- Iron with LOW heat to remove wrinkles
- Machine wash in cold water
- Tumble dry on low
- Iron as needed
Wood products/wall hangers are not designed to be exposed to the outdoor elements. Moisture will damage the product.
